2023 World Mental Health Day Event

Since the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic in 2019, seeking help for emotional and mental health issues has become a new norm in Hong Kong society. The foundation organizes various activities on World Mental Health Day, aiming to raise public awareness of mental health, actively eliminate stigmas and discrimination associated with mental problems, and recognize the efforts of individuals in recovery, caregivers, as well as passionate individuals and organizations in promoting mental well-being.

In response to World Mental Health Day on October 10th, Mental Health Foundation held the “World Mental Health Day” Symposium cum Mental Health Exhibition 2023 at the Cordis Hotel in Mong Kok on the same day. The seminar focused on the current challenges in mental health services and provided a valuable platform for professional knowledge exchange and sharing.

✨✨World Mental Health Day Expo 2023✨✨

In response to World Mental Health Day on October 10th, the Mental Health Foundation held the “World Mental Health Day” Seminar and Mental Health Expo 2023 at the Cordis Hotel in Mong Kok on the same day.

To provide an opportunity for professionals from various industries to learn about innovative community mental health support programs, the event also invited over ten organizations to introduce their innovative mental health service initiatives. It welcomed staff members and service users from these organizations to participate, facilitating mutual exchange and sharing of experiences.

The 2023 Mental Health Award Ceremony, organized by the Mental Health Foundation and fully supported by Lundbeck was successfully held on October 10th at the Cordis Hotel in Hong Kong.
