Practice Mindfulness with Mental Health Foundation

In each episode, we invite different psychiatrists or professionals to share their insights, allowing everyone to explore the various aspects of mental health. Through the practice of mindfulness, we aim to help individuals establish harmony between their mind and body, cultivating a sense of inner peace.

Practicing yoga allows us to connect with our bodies and experience their flexibility. By focusing on our breath, we can cultivate the flexibility of our minds.
In the midst of our daily busyness and haste, it’s easy to lose our sense of direction and balance. Join the host and guest speakers as we practice together, taking 2-3 minutes to adjust our breath, connect with our bodies, and align our emotions. Learn to be present in the moment, experience life with a grateful heart, and enjoy the small moments of beauty.
