Practice Mindfulness with Mental Health Foundation

In each episode, we invite different psychiatrists or professionals to share their insights, allowing everyone to explore the various aspects of mental health. Through the practice of mindfulness, we aim to help individuals establish harmony between their mind and body, cultivating a sense of inner peace.

Health is a lifelong journey for everyone, and along the way, we inevitably face various obstacles and moments of discouragement. Listen to our guest speakers as they share how to integrate mindfulness into daily life, establish a mind-body connection, and learn acceptance and compassion. Even in the face of ups and downs, they remind us to stay true to ourselves and respond skillfully.
